If you think that your ideas are better and more effective than mine, then you are very much correct. My ideas and concepts are very much fuelled by my enthusiasm and experience rather than academic insight into performing arts. However I have worked with many actors, practitioners, directors etc.I have been influenced by them to encourage me into placing my ideas on a different level, thereby showing me a diverse point of view. This has made me appreciate and enjoy teamwork to a point where my peers ideas are just as good if not more effective.
