About me

I am an actor, singer and extra. I taught Drama and English for 35 years and am an experienced actor, singer and director. I have worked as an extra on professional productions including film ("Military Wives") and television ("Bodyguard"). As an amateur actor, I have played the lead and supporting roles in many stage productions including: "The Crucible" (Proctor); "Pygmalion" (Higgins); "Andorra" (Andri); "A Doll's House" (Dr Rank); "Twelfth Night" (Orsino); "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (Lysander); "As You Like It" (Orlando); "Sweet Charity" (Vidal, sung); "Cinderella" (Prince Charming); "Doctor Faustus" (Chorus). I have sung in musicals, including "Sweet Charity" (Vittorio Vidal). I am a solo singer and have sung the lead on stage in selections from The Commitments and Queen, as well as comic cabaret, singing songs by Tom Lehrer and Bing Crosby.
