About me
Ian Blair Watt (Born 31st March 1958)Scottish actor based in Central Scotland.
Qualified interior designer from art school in the 70's. Worked as commercial interior designer, gravedigger, roadsweeper and bin collector before racking up hundreds of professional gigs as Stand Up comedian.
A regular Edinburgh Fringe performer/writer of shows - "Legend of the BBC", "A Very Scottish Autopsy" and touching tribute to veteran Scottish actor "John Laurie: Frazer & I" which toured in 2006. Amongst the show's admirers was Dad's Army creator Jimmy Perry.
Directed by Tomek Borkowy for role of insane silent movie director Posterkrantz in Michael Almaz's "CUT!" - "wonderfully and horribly cartoonish." Performed "CUT!" at United Solo Festival in New York.
Assistant Teacher with Mark Westbrook at Acting Coach Scotland.
