About me

Jennie is forward thinking, dry humoured and highly imaginative. Both acting for stage and screen are her biggest passions, which she hope to continue doing for many years alongside one another in her career.

Jennie started acting in plays at school when she was 14, beginning as a chorus girl, but slowly working her way up. She also took on GCSE Drama and GCSE Music, allowing her to perform on many occasions both core and extra curricula, including a performance at the Royal Albert Hall, as part of the Surrey Youth Choir. She also completed further studies at Kingston College, which included work on practioners such as Stanivslasky and Le Coq, along with her training with Jonne Wilson and "The Body Method". During this time she will also been actively auditioning for Acting Schools all around the country, as she is determined further her knowledge, and develop her technique. Her biggest independent achievement would be landing the role of Amber in the Feature Film "Soundtrack to Sixteen" which was shot over the summer and is close to completion. This was one of the most valuable experiences for Jennie, thus she has risen her expectations, and is determined to achieve higher than before.

"For me, acting is like a storybook. It allows you to meet the character you grow the closest bond with, and go on a journey through their footsteps, thus becoming the character and living an alternate life and story. For me, acting allows me to play a video game in real life, become a character, have my own costume, my own traits, a totally new person. For me that is the most amazing experience. "
