About me

I enjoy every aspect of working on set. My work has required working long shifts, long periods of time on my feet and unsocial hours - all of which have been good stamina training. I am an enthusiastic hard working individual, punctual and reliable - always striving to do my best. I hope that all of the details meet your requirements and I look forward to working with you.

Acting experience:

My extra work to date has involved me in dancing, being an enthusiastic fan, passerby, studious office worker, theatre goer and I had to look suitably puzzled at the strange occurrences in "Night at the Museum 3." For another project I had to look dazed and comically worried when loads of customers came rushing into the shop (for the "Doddle Black Friday" commercial)!

My experience on set has made me increasingly aware of the time pressures existing in a commercial environment but knowing that reliability, a positive attitude, enthusiasm and team work CAN make ANYTHING possible. Additionally it gives you a valuable insight of how much hard work and the amount of detail goes into even the shortest amount of film! And in some cases it can leave you astonished at how a blank green screen is magically transformed into another dimension...

Dancing experience:

I have been filmed doing contemporary dancing in a nightclub for a project, which has yet to be released.

Singing experience:

I sing for pleasure as part of a barbershop group and have experience of singing solo! It has been good training for having the confidence to sing in front of an audience.

Television experience:

I have done some work as an Extra in various television projects including 'Cheat', 'Vanity Fair', 'Holby City', 'The Royals', 'Loaded', 'London Spy' and various shoots, which have not been released yet.

Specific skills:

I can play the flute, paint and draw portraits (figurative and pets) and am a whizz at Internet research!

Interesting past experiences:

I once portrayed John Duddy in a reconstruction of the Shepherds Bush Murders of 1966. This was the first time I played an antagonistic role and I would be interested in broadening my experience in playing villains.

My interests:

Art, painting, History, Music, Films, black and white photography, Science Fiction, genealogy, horology, props, mind games and Ancient History. Additionally I am interested in Victorian London, Charles Dickens and period drama. Being an Extra is great because you get to meet and work with really interesting and creative people.
