About me

I am a strong lead and character actor,, good in both straight and comedic roles. Casting: Business Professionals, Medics, Teachers, Counsellors, Nicies and Nasties. I am also very good with accents and a strong improvisor.
Theatre: I did a lot of touring in Classical stage productions in my early career, before moving onto working with new writers, mostly in London. I enjoyed long collaborations with Lance Nieilsen and Lennie Varvarides in particular, working with both on many plays, developing scripts through workshop and improvisation. More recently I have worked in Immersive theatre with Theatre Delicatessen and toured with Bill Kenwright Ltd on the adaptation of the new Susan Hill novel, 'The Small Hand'.
TV: Most recently I played a scientist, Prof Theresa Lambe, in Michael Winterbottom's Covid Drama 'This Sceptred Isle' for Sky Atlantic. I have also had feature roles in Crime Watch, 'The Great Stink' and a Channel Five weather i-dent. I have also appeared in several national ad campaigns and featured as a tough office boss in the award-winning Web Series 'Straight White Male'.
Film: Most recently I played Marcel Marceau's Mother in Feature Film Resistance, which stars Jesse Eisenberg as Marcel Marceau, and a spoilt Oligarch's wife in forthcoming Feature 'Never Trust Anyone Who Talks Too Much'. Other recent roles include a sinister Government investigator in 'Her Lonely Empire' and Psychologist Dr Veronica Lucy in British low-budget feature 'False Murder'. Other feature films include '30' and 'Reality Bytes' and I have appeared in many short and student films. I have also acted in a wide variety of Corporate films, playing a range of bad managers and business execs.

Additional information:
I am a very experienced Corporate Role Player and have participated in a huge range of training programmes for both Private and Public sector. I am highly adept at both bespoke and scripted characters.
I have done a lot of facilitation too and am capable of handling feedback for groups of up to ten people, or chairing much larger groups for discussion.
I have also worked in many Forum Theatre projects.
