About me
Multi-award winning screenwriter and director Matt Bland started his career as an actor before going behind the scenes as an editor, writer, producer and director. He ventured back in front of the camera for a short while as an film extra and television presenter before getting too comfortable in his editor chair, where he still dabbles in a bit of screenwriting and directing. During 2023, his script 'Solid Venom' has won over sixteen awards at film festivals around the world, along with his short documentary '100 Of The Best' that is also being nominated and so far has won ten awards for best 'Short Documentary'. Despite his slow growing success in the industry, Matt still enjoys working on small independent projects, sharing his experiences with those aiming to make a success of their careers.License & Passport
