About me
Matthew trained in the Meisner Technique with Prue Gillett Actor Training and Larry Silverberg’s True Acting Institute. In the last five years he has acted consistently both on stage and screen.He has been described as a fascinating, intense and imaginative actor and this is a good estimation of him and his work. He is a dynamic and receptive actor who is comfortable to take things to emotional extremes and be exposed and vulnerable. He feels mostly drawn to outsider, anti-hero roles and last year was nominated for best actor at Buxton Festival.

In 2009 Matthew co-founded À Rebours Productions with writer Gavin Crippin. They continue to produce new, innovative, and critically acclaimed theatre and in 2014 will progress into film.
