About me
I have worked as an actor and theatre practitioner specialising in devising for the past 12 years. I have a first class degree from LIPA and have studied with Dario Fo in Italy and at UARTS, Philadelphia. I was also a director, producer, co-founder and Artistic Director of Burjesta Theatre which was committed to bringing working class theatre and local actors to perform in and around Liverpool. Since 2019 I have shifted my focus entirely to acting.Acting experience:
My acting work has taken me from performing in the Netherlands, Italy, USA and throughout the UK. I have also coached actors on a one-to-one basis in English as a second language travelling extensively throughout Italy supervising end-of-course shows in education. I have experience of role play as well as acting in murder mystery events.
Additional skills:
I have produced over 150 shows at various venues in England and Italy which included design, costume and set. I am experienced in both directing and writing and specialise in devising. I have constructed, taught and facilitated a diverse range of workshops for adults and children with learning difficulties, adult and youth groups including within prisons and bail hostels and also within a variety of community groups including inter-generational projects.
I have also studied law and had a long career in HR, training and retail management.
Future Film Projects: I have been cast in the role of Kim in The Twilight Scare Home for Packaged Productions and Miss Abney for Runestone Picture's Ghostly Tales based on the stories of M.R. James.
