About me

Nathan has over 15 years experience as an actor. His skills span a range of theatrical techniques from spoken word to physical theatre. His has performed on stages nationally and internationally and has appeared in several feature films and short films. In addition Nathan is an accomplished director and has directed multi-award winning short films which is a testament to his knowledge and expertise in front and behind the camera.

Nathan is also a fire performer who has performed extensively nationally and internationally in countries such as Dubai, The Maldives, South Africa, Slovenia, Germany, Korea, America and Jordan where he performed for Royalty.

Nathan is also known internationally as the innovator a new movement style called Break-Flow. This unique style combines the explosive dynamics of Breakin with the fluid movements found within Flow Arts. When Breakin is further combined with Fire Arts the art form becomes Fire-Breakin.

A seasoned martial artist, Nathan loves choreographing and performing high energy stylised fight sequences for camera and incorporates the philosophies of martial arts into his Break-Flow style. In addition Nathan is a seasoned Intimacy co-ordinator and specialises in telling stories through true human connection.

Within the realm of accessibility Nathan is a powerhouse when it comes to innovation. He is an Accessibility Consultant and the founder of the Rationale Method of accessibility. This unique method enhances accessibility to disabled audiences and covers everything from audio description to directing accessible shots for television and film. Nathan is also a published author, multi-award winning film maker, TEDx speaker and has worked with the likes of Marvel, The Royal Opera House, Women's Euros and the BBC. In addition Nathan was the Creative Director of the Special Olympics Opening Ceremony in 2017 which saw him Direct 3,000 artists and athletes to create a truly accessible Opening Ceremony.
