About me

Ruby is an outgoing, charismatic, confident young actress & dancer who developed a strong desire to perform from a very young age. Ruby has attended dance classes since she was two years old, gaining high distinctions in every exam taken, Ruby used to compete in several dance competitions and she qualified for the All England Dance Regional Finals twice. Ruby is now focusing on her dance technique and studies Ballet & Contemporary dance. Ruby loves acting, she attends a weekly drama workshop studying Drama, Musical Theatre, Singing and Commercial Dance. Ruby successfully auditioned to be part of the prestigious Brighton Theatre Groups production of Chitty, Chitty,Bang,Bang at the Theatre Royal, Brighton in August 2019 which received phenomenal critic reviews.
Ruby has acted in several short films and made her TV debut in Hollyoaks in July 2018 which she received fantastic feedback. Ruby filmed a series for Amazon Prime in the summer of 2018 called 'Seaside Town' where she plays the part of Lacey, a young footballer. Ruby played the part of 'Alice' in the feature film A Christmas Carol which came out in Cinemas in December 2020, Ruby has also filmed this year for a TV programme which will be out later in 2021. Ruby has modelled for stills campaigns and would love to do more modelling work. Ruby thrives on learning new scripts and readily accepts new challenges with great enthusiasm. Ruby has a very mature attitude and is able to take direction well. Ruby is represented by Brown & Mills agency.
