About me

Simon Gibbons is a double award-winning actor from London who trained at The Actor Works Drama School (2010)
He is a creative and confident individual who loves working with people, he is dedicated and professional to his art and work.
Simon is into self-development and becoming the best version of himself.
His theatre credits include 'Charlie's Aunt' and 'Richard II' (Venture Wolf), 'Jack The Ripper's London' (Crow Theatre) (Offie Nominated Award Show).
He has performed at Latitude and Edinburgh fringe in the successful comedy 'Biff! Bash! Bosh!' with his co-run theatre company 'Silly Train Theatre'.
Being given 4 and 5-star reviews (Primary Times and Three Weeks) at the Edinburgh Festival, the show was supported by Arts Council and put up for an Arts Award at Latitude Festival.
His acting has taken him into film and commercial work where he has played various roles in short and feature films.
His screen credits include the TV series 'Murder Maps' (3DD Productions), eBay online add 'Ebay Apocalypse' (Cain & abel), the Lilly award- winning film (Cannes Film Festival) 'Rate Me', and the fixers film 'Listen To Your Heart' (ITV).
Simon has played the lead in the short film 'Family Matters' and has a screening for it coming up this spring.
Other events over the years have included places like the Prince Charles Cinema in Leicester Square for the short film 'REP 5091', and also 'Home Economics', a dark drama supported by the British Council and Youth in Action.
Roleplay experience has included playing various character roles for medical exams with SimpatiCo and Extreme Psychiatry.
Simon has become a workshop leader and does sessions through his own meetup group LPA (London Performing Arts of Self Expression), empowering new performers and is into developing the next generation at schools.
Through these exciting visionary projects, he gets to coach and mentor clients.
