About me
After graduating from Birmingham School of Acting in 2008, Sonia has performed at The Birmingham Rep, Soho Theatre, Nuffield Theatre, The Roundhouse, The Kings Head and Edinburgh Fringe to name a few.She has also worked with ITV (Emmerdale, Vera and the BBC and can be seen in multi award winning feature 'Land Gold Women' as Kirans Mum. Most recently she had a lead role in Feature ‘Lies we Tell’ and plays ‘Anika Chandra’ in Ron Howard’s MARS on Netflix.
Additional skills:
I play tennis, yoga, swim and attend the gym regularly. I am a CIPD qualified HR Consultant and have worked for a number of blue chip companies. I have a Masters In People Management and a degree in Accounting and Finance
Additional information:
I have extensive Roleplay experience and work regularly for The Prison Service, Cross Rail, Axa Finance, Royal College of Surgeons, Cambridge Med School, Birmingham Med School and St Georges to name a few.
I have good physical theatre skills and improvisation skills. I am good at taking direction and enjoy all aspects of acting.
