I am a professional actress, presenter, singer, dancer and voice over artist with as much enthusiasm as the first day I started in the business back in the 70's.
TV credits include Mrs. Terrence in "CALL THE MIDWIFE", a murder suspect Shelley in 'A TOUCH OF FROST' (Yorkshire TV), Mrs. Dunlop in 'THAT"S ENGLISH' for Spanish TV. In the film PARTING SHOTS Taryn played Ruth Leyton (Bob Hoskins' wife) directed by Michael Winner. Lead role Angie in a pilot web series 'Tantric Beauty'. On Crime and Investigation TV she played the lead in a true life drama documentary titled '50 WAYS TO KILL YOUR LOVER'.
TV commercials include Verisure Alarms, Memoria Funeral Plans, Paingone, Revitive with Sir Ian Botham, British Seniors, Lay Z Spa ,Colgate, BT, Sunday Mail, The Mortgage Lender, and Win For Life (Belgium)
Played the gnome lady Margaret in the promo video for the feature film Sherlock Gnomes. Online ads include Febreze with Paul O Grady, DeLonghi coffee machines, cake maker in Hyundai ad, mum in a Fosters ad and Maltesers truffles ad.

Performed at The London Palladium 2017 as one of Dougie Squires Generation dancers for The Vera Lynn 100 tribute attended by HRH The Queen. A dancer in THE CROWN 2, Heather in CROOKED FRAMES and Caroline in THE SOUTH AFRICAN SPOOK HUNTER.
Host for the prestigious London Hair And Beauty Awards 2017 and The London Wedding Awards 2020. Seen on QVC demonstrating and talking about The No No!.
Trained at Laine Theatre Arts and her first job was in a Summer season in Clacton On Sea starring Arthur Askey & Dickie Henderson. Weekly rep at Frinton theatre directed by Jack Watling was my first acting job followed by other repertory seasons including Worthing, Birmingham and Peterborough. In the 90's I was a professional cheerleader for an American Football Team performing at Wembley Stadium and Giants Stadium USA. Numerous pantos as principal girl with wonderful celebrities such as Leslie Crowther, Ted Rodgers, Bernie Clifton, Barry Cryer, Harry Worth, Bernard Bresslaw and Bobby Knutt.
Also played Alice in Alice In Wonderland at The Mermaid Theatre, London, followed by a no.1 tour. Cinderella at The Keneth More Theatre, Ilford. On tour Dorothy in The Wizard Of Oz, the title role Sleeping Beauty and Snow White at The Westminster Theatre, London (now named The Other Palace Theatre). The lead in a 6 month tour of the Tart And The Vicars Wife as well as Cynthia in Mr. Cinders at The Blackpool Grand Theatre followed by a 6 month tour.
Cast as The Lift Girl in 'Are You Being Served' (BBC) for the final 26 episodes where I performed The Highland Fling with John Inman.
Portrayed an older Stacey Solomon talking head in NEVER MIND THE BUZZCOCKS. Other credits include presenting online for Scottish Widows, Wirral Fall Prevention Service, Norla Healthcare, playing CEO in Microsoft 365 online video, team head of financial global private banking for HSBC and Jedward's mum in their music video 'Bad Behaviour'.
Additional skills:
A trained dancer with ISTD teacher qualifications. marathon runner, cyclist, keen hiker and swimmer.

Constantly works as a voice artist and have my own home recording facilities and can use Source Connect Now. Credits include Classic FM, Heart FM, Kiss FM and lots of corporate and website narrations as well as video games and IVRs.
I perform a singing and dancing cabaret act which is specifically devised for senior citizens aiming to lift everyone spirits!
