About me
I have loved acting through drama classes and school since about age 4 but it was playing the lead role in Michael Morpurgo's "Running Wild" at the impressive Regent's Park Open Air Theatre that showed me where I need to be! How can I put into words ... to work with the creative directors from War Horse; ride and work with a life size puppet elephant (she'll always be on my best friend list!) and be shot at, kidnapped and held hostage was quite an experience - and to get to do that to an audience just made it even better! I love acting and it's all I want to do!Additional skills:
As well as acting (attending weekly drama classes) and musical theatre, I enjoy dance classes in ballet, tap and modern.
Additional information:
I have enjoyed the acting world through appearing in 3 professional pantomimes. I have also appeared in an ITV cooking programme which gave me a wonderful insight into screen work to consolidate the camera and film work I have enjoyed in drama classes.
In general I love to be active and am always wanting to be doing something! I love playing for a local football team, school basketball team and my thirst for adventure and new interest has seen me scuba diving with stingrays and turtles this Summer!
I also enjoy following theatre and musicals, am always quick to pick up the latest lyrics and am keen to see a wide range of plays and musicals at every opportunity I get. Every film or show I see I find myself imagining I'm playing a role in it - my ultimate dream!
