About me
Hi there! My name states Wlodzimierz Borzemski but I prefer to go as MAKS. (derives from my middle name Maksymilian)Born and raised in Poland, to a Polish mother and Polish/Bulgarian father.
I speak Polish and English fluently.
I graduated with an BA Honours in Arts from University of Westminster in 2014, prior to that I achieved a distinctive BTEC Diploma in Interactive Media at Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College.
Working within media such as graphic design, video, art installations and photography for many years throughout my education and by working on personal projects taught me a lot about self-management and creative thinking. I like to take aspects of my previous experience and imply them into modelling -such as understanding the lenses and positioning.
I am always up for challenges and find that I can get along with most people. Collaborating is my favourite part about creative work. I think most people would say I am a friendly person, a bit mad and a quite eager.
Acting experience:
I used to attend drama workshops when I was younger, I have also had minimal acting experience when performing live in 2019.
Dancing experience:
In 2019 I performed with Mee and The Band as one of the dancers (I have no professional experience in dancing but I am a fast learner and have a good sense of rhythm.) . We qualified for Pride’s Got Talent and went through semi-finals securing ourselves the finals at Apollo Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue. This led do performances at venues indoors and outdoors such as Croydon Pride, Pride in London (Dean Street stage) and Queens ice rink in Holland Park.
Modelling experience:
Multiple TFP shoots, stock photography shoot, I worked with Driptee UK on two occasions (a gender-neutral clothing brand)
Television experience:
I have taken part in multiple shoots as an extra and supporting artist. Including working on set for "The Bastard Son and The Devil Himself" based on Half Bad trilogy.
Features:
I worked on set for Marvel and Disney productions.
Interesting past experiences:
I was born and raised in Poland until the age of 15, then I moved to England and settled quite soon after moving. I've been living in London for over 14 years now.
My interests:
I have a range of interests from graphic design, learning new media, playing video games, keeping up with latest fashion and music and socialising with friends.
