    About me

    ACTOR-IN-TRAINING @ IDENTITY SCHOOL OF ACTING, LONDON

    I am currently refreshing my skills in ongoing professional actor training at Identity School of Acting in London - theatre, screen, voiceover & combat.

    I am based in London but lived in Derry, Northern Ireland, for 8 years where I did two plays and a short film. I also provided accent services to local actors, particularly in R.P. and London accents. I enjoy the English language and have done voiceovers for a short film and a documentary.

    I have a particular interest in:

    * roles that portray strong characters such as authority figures, e.g. lawyer, law enforcement, politician, Human Rights (or any activism), scientist, criminal mastermind, etc.

    * roles that are eccentric, 'wild', or edgy

    * voiceover roles

    PREVIOUS CAREER: PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER & ADULT EFL TEACHER

    I saw my original profession of teacher as part performer, which enabled me to engage children and adults alike, particularly with bringing stories and characters to life and therefore lifting any text off the page. I have directed numerous children's plays and performances over the last 25 years.
