  About me

  Barrie began acting at the age of 12 performing in local theatre productions playing various roles in productions of 'Alice in Wonderland' and 'Carousel'. At the age of 14 Barrie then went on to train in Acting and Musical Theatre at The Oldham Theatre Workshop working alongside many other well known TV & theatre stars and also gaining many invaluble skills and developing his confidence as a performer.

  Barrie did his formal training at the University of Hertfordshire graduating in 1997 with a 1st Class degree in Performing Arts with honors. The course allowed Barrie to train in various styles of dance including Contemporary, Street Jazz and physical theatre. He also studied various acting disciplines including Classical & Shakespeare, commedia dell'arte, and MusicalTheatre.

  Barrie is also an accomplished director, dancer and choreographer and has worked on many corporate events and various pop videos.
