  www.spotlight.com/interactive/cv/ **contact removed** I am 27 years old and a graduate of The London School of Dramatic Arts (LSDA 2010-2011) located in South Kensington. Since finishing my course I have been actively seeking roles, both paid and unpaid. I recently finished playing the lead in the feature film "Zoo-Head" where i lost over 35 pounds in month to play the role of Charlie. Hopefully this shows the world what kind of actor I am and how far I am willing to go to portray a character and tell his story. I also did a short film called "9/11 Path of Hate" which explores how a Muslim family copes with the backlash of abuse following the 9/11 attacks. For the role, I played Aquib, brother to a deaf sister, I had to learn basic British sign language. The film was shown on Film4.

  Being half Spanish and half Iranian has allowed me to experience and understand the cultural differences between East and West. This has given me an insight into the natural and inherent tensions within people which aids me when getting into character.
