    About me

I never set foot on stage until I was aged 46 in July 2009 at the Young Vic. I was lucky enough to be asked if I wanted to get involved in a project called “Page to Stage” run by the theatre. The Project Co-ordinator says she remembers me saying at the first meeting, “I don’t mind doing a bit of writing but I’m not going on stage.” One inspirational Director (John Hoggarth, former AD at the National Youth Theatre) and a few months rehearsals later and I’m performing a lead role. It remains one of the proudest, most enjoyable, most moving nights of my life.

Fast forward 3 years and several roles later and I've just completed CityLit's Diploma Drama (Access) course and gained a Distinction. I love Acting. This is what I do.
