About me

I'm a lively, dedicated, and passionate actor; with many years professional experience performing on stages from The West End to Japan.

While studying English at Oxford University I became immersed in the drama scene - I starred in two professional play tours during my holidays and in a number of term-time productions; I wrote my dissertation on post-war British Drama; and I won the Kenneth Tynan Theatre Critic Prize for my play reviews, which you can read here:

In my last year at Oxford, I successfully auditioned for a place on the Oxford University Actor’s Showcase, which gives ten final-year students a chance to perform for industry professionals in The West End's Duchess Theatre. I was also grateful to receive professional vocal training courtesy of voice coach Margo Annett during my time at Oxford.

Since graduating last year I've been happily working in theatre and film, and studying screen acting part-time with Middleweek Newton Academy. Highlights include performing in a poetic one-woman play at The Actor's Centre (which the Guardian's Michael Billington called 'mesmerising... I spy a star in the making') and playing Ophelia in short film 'Ophelia's Mother', which was selected as a winner in the British Council's 'Shakepeare Lives' competition. You can watch it here:

Additional skills:
Free-lance writer - currently working on a commission for Save the Children: to write ten short stories dramatising their work over the past hundred years. These will be turned into a ten-part television series to celebrate the charity's centennial in 2019. I'm currently writing my first play.

Model - From 2010 - 2-14, I was also signed with M+P Models, and worked full time as a model on my gap year. Jobs included a cover shoot for Creative Head Magazine and a fashion editorial for Sugar.

Sports - swimming, cycling, skiing, horse-riding.
