About me
Emma has found that the older she gets the more interesting and challenging the roles! She loved playing Vera in the UK premiere of Tennessee Williams's The Fat Man's Wife, Diane in the apocalyptic The Birds and fetishist Sue in The Nanny, a dark surreal new comedy at Soho Theatre. She's the eldest performer cast in NewsRevue in the last 20 years and found that scarier than covering three roles with just an hour's rehearsal in The Crucible in 1000+ seat theatre.Additional skills:
Emma is adept at a range of accents and being completely fluent in French can perform in French.
She is a trained singer and dancer and a yoga teacher.
She plays clarinet.
She can juggle three balls and do the splits.
She also has experience as a presenter. She presented a daily show 5 days a week for Mobuzz tv, one of the first online tv shows for which she also wrote the daily content and presented Reelkandi's coverage of the Edinburgh Fringe interviewing for example Julian Sands and Flawless.
Additional information:
Emma received a special recognition award from IARA in 2018
Received Guinness World Record on behalf of NewsRevue, 2004
Recipient of Outstanding Achievement Award, Fringe Report, 2003
