    About me

Grant Leat is an actor, comedian and writer. He also used to be a fish monger, a bartender and a butcher, although never a baker or a candlestick maker.

He is a graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and his stage credits include Those We Exile (The Almeida Theatre), Only on Sundays (The Bush Theatre) and Dracula (The Lion and Unicorn Theatre). Film credits include the award winning short, Mixed Signals (2014), Double Trouble (2016), filmed at the world famous Pinewood Studios, and Bristles (2015), a comedy short currently circulating film festivals, which he both wrote and starred in.

Often described as inherently funny and once hailed by The Stage as possessing "true comic brilliance", Grant has been involved in an on and off relationship with stand-up comedy since 2011. His last hiatus came early last year but he plans to return and consequently quit again in the very near future.
