Dancing has always been a passion of mine since a young age, however my main passion is contemporary dance and the creative process.
I studied contemporary dance at degree level at DeMontfort University (DMU) and was awarded a First class BA Hons Dance degree .
During my time at DMU I performed in the University Dance Festival at Leicester's Curve Theatre in four works, these were:
"Waves" choreographed by Joe Breslin
"Movement Orchestra" choreographed by New Art Club's Pete Shenton
"Who is Mr Myles" choreographed by Marie Haye
"Undertowe" choreographed by improvisation artist Sally Doughty.
"Body Landscape", a dance for screen piece that myself and others both choreographed and performed in was selected to be a part of Leicester's Let's Dance Festival.
Performed with the Fleur Darkin company for their Leicester Curve performance of "Disgo".
Performed in and helped run the DMU "Heroes" flash mob.
Performed in four pieces for UDF 2013 at Leicester's Curve,
Performed in Rose X ft Octagon's music video "Unstoppable".
Teach contemporary dance after school clubs at a secondary school in Rugby. -
Modelling experience involves working for Amy Mortimer, a photographer based in Rugby Warwickshire to build up her portfolio. Photo shoots include a wedding style shoot, movement shoots and portrait magazine style shoots.

Acting has been a love of mine since I was introduced to drama in secondary school. I have studied Drama up to A-level and wish I had carried on into my degree.
I have been a part in five musicals including the lead role of Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors. I have also played the Princess role in my local theatre's version of Dick Whittington. My acting took a back seat as I focused on becoming a teacher, however when I began my drama teacher training, I quickly decided that teaching in the education sector is not for me. I am interested in developing my acting skills and am open to a wide variety of roles and am enthusiastic about seizing opportunities to progress.
