    Additional Information

Ever since performing in lengthy productions at Dickens World in Chatham, I have had a love for the spontaneity within immersive theatre. I have since looked into Secret Cinema productions, and through them gained an even bigger passion for immersive theatre that surrounds film settings, particularly James Bond and 28 Days later. Even if it’s not performing in said shows, to be in the atmosphere alone to me is captivating enough. Working with a like-minded cast and crew in a production such as this is always a huge desire of mine with any job, as not only does it make things run more smoothly on all accounts, but having fun with everyone both cast, crew and audience on a day to day basis is the biggest bonus for me.

Video-games have always held a special place in my heart, and more recently have given me a new found love and respect for the performance of the characters within the story. This has urged me to pursue work in both motion-capture performance and voice-over work, with the ambition of starting a career in the video-games industry.

    About me

I am a recent graduate of Royal Holloway University of London, after having obtained a degree in Drama and Theatre studies. During my time at Royal Holloway, I took part in various productions both on and off stage. This included creating my own pieces of set, costume and sound design through both my modules I took and society shows outside of the standard curriculum. During my first and second year, I assisted in pitching, producing and managing productions for my drama society in taking performances up to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. This included booking accommodations for cast and crew, setting up rehearsal spaces and marketing fundraisers. Although costume was minimal, I was also in charge of sourcing costumes and delegating them to each cast member. Before and after attending university I have had experience in forms of immersive performance, having worked at Dickens world in Chatham as a performer, director and deputy stage manager in a regular three hour murder mystery party. Following this more recently, I was shortly an immersive performer at “Scaresville The Haunted Village” back in November.

Most recently, I took part in a southern based tour of Jack and the Beanstalk throughout the course of December, also acting as crew for setting up and managing the set, booking convenient accommodation and travelling to the three different venues a day for six days a week leading up to Christmas and New Year’s Eve. This job was by far the most demanding in terms of time management and attention to detailed consistency, yet proved to be one of the most rewarding as myself and the rest of the cast and crew would meet many different people of all ages across care homes and community centres both in and around London.

In between these jobs, my time at university and now I have kept consistent in signing up to several films through Universal Extras and Maddog2020 in order to both gain further experience in the general field of acting and to also sustain a small income. Alongside this, in the summertime I have travelled to America as a Camp Counsellor at Camp Saginaw, looking after kids and engaging with them in daily activities and team building exercises.
