    Additional Information

I have also written and performed two different one-man-shows, one of which – Labels - was a successful applicant for the New Blood Festival: a call for playwrights to respond to issues of multiculturalism, xenophobia and immigration, in June 2011.

I have participated in valuable workshops and residencies with Howard Barker and The Wrestling School, puppeteer Robin Guiver (puppeteer in Warhorse), Tom Pritchard, The What Works, Kevin Tomlinson.

I worked as a tutor for the 6-11 age group at the Lyme Regis Youth Theatre (Sept 12 - June 13. I led the group through exercises and games to develop skills in working together creatively and devising new work, towards a shared outcome of performance.

I work on a freelance basis for sessions at the Peninsula Medical School, as well as others in the area, working on given scenarios for medical and dental students, helping to develop their diagnosis and interpersonal skills through role play sessions, as well as mock and real exams.

    About me

I have worked as a professional actor since 2010, for both stage and screen. Most recently this has been with Bill Kenwright Ltd for their production of Rain Man. Other companies include The Bike Shed Theatre, Brother Brother, Lost Watch, Creaking Door Productions, Theatre Alchemists, Restless, Laconic Film, Mischief Labas, Animated Exeter, Clockwork Marketing and Bitpod.

I have also written and performed two solo shows for Worklight Theatre: Monster and Labels, both of which have won a number of international awards, including The Scotsman's Fringe First (Labels, 2015).

As artistic director of Worklight Theatre I have devised and collaborated on a wide range of work, including performances devised entirely from scratch, shadow plays and adaptations of literary works. In these productions I work as a performer in addition to my work as a deviser and collaborator in the creation of new work. I have also produced Worklight’s UK and international tours for Labels, Monster and How to Start a Riot.
