About me
I am a semi-professional actor with much experience in a variety of unpaid speaking roles. I am looking to expand my career by taking on more professional work. Much of my acting experience comes from working in theatre and on stage but I am looking to gain more experience in screen acting. Most of the theatre I have taken part in challenges boundaries and is created to bring attention to issues some actors may shy from. I am a versatile, highly dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. I have devised my own pieces, wrote screenplays and previously directed pieces. My career highlight to this date would be performing at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2018 which was further improved by receiving 5* reviews. I am interested at exploring other areas such as extra work, voice acting, modelling and presenting as I want to gather as much experience as possible. I also sing, do impressions, accents and have some experience in dancing (musical theatre and heels).Skills

Highlights
-
I have worked in front of a camera before when creating short films. I gained further experience by being involved in a TV workshop with Pauline Quirk. I have previously been apart of an audience for a show pilot.
-
I have experience very amateur photo shoots previously.

Much of my acting career has revolved around a range of unpaid speaking roles. Not only have I been a lead actor, I have extensive experience of working in a chorus/ensemble of all different age ranges and backgrounds. Whilst most of my acting background is theatre, I have previously taken on leads in musical theatre. I have also been lucky enough to receive small awards for my musical theatre roles.
Most of the theatre I have taken part in challenges boundaries and is created to bring attention to issues some actors shy from. I am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone. Furthermore, I have much experience in physical theatre, with most of the pieces I have been involved in using it.
I have taken part in short films, not only acting in them but writing and directing too. I attended the Pauline Quirk Academy (PQA), for over six years, where I learnt much about acting, musical theatre and Film & TV. I now teach at PQA, leading a class of 4-6 year olds in the morning and work in the afternoon assisting a wide age range across all 3 classes. I have a great understanding of how to work with different age ranges and have no problem working with them on sets or stage.
Not only have I performed in scripted performances but also devised my own successful pieces of work. Whilst I enjoy working as a collaborative group to create pieces, I pride myself on being able to listen and take direction from individuals as well.
Before lockdown, I was in the process of rehearsing a play, ‘Those Girls, which was to be performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer (2020)

While I do not have previous professional TV or radio presenting experience, I have given many speeches at events as a representative. I have also been involved in a short TV presenting workshop.
Recently, I took part in a voiceover masterclass and regularly play around with different voices.
