About me
Michael Meteer is a Perfomer trained in all three disciplines required for musical theatre. Since Graduating Michael has taken part in various productions and work. When first leaving college Michael took part in a yearlong tour of the popular childrens show Thomas The Tank Engine produced by AEG Themestar. The show toured around various Thetares and Arenas all around the Uk, as well as being requested for a limited Hungarian engagment playing the Budapest Arena to just over 24,000 people. Michael loved the experience and getting to know so many trains which so many children have grown up with over the years. Within the production Michael played the roles of Percy's Driver as well as the Dock Worker Joel, He also understudied the role of Thomas's Driver.
Shortly after completing the run of Thomas & Friends Michael moved to Paris to be part of the Character & Parade Department at Disneyland Paris. While working there Michael got to know many of the characters including Tigger, Buzz Lightyear and Bert from the classic Mary Poppins. Michael was given many great oppurtunties during his time in Paris including being part of the original cast and helping delelop the new Haloween show Mickeys Trick or Treat on the Street.
During his break between the Thomas Tour Michael took part in a new show for the christmas season in Southend, The Life & Times Of Santa Claus created by Bruce James Productions.
