PHYSICAL THEATRE: I have recently completed the Frantic Assembly introductory workshop (2015) and intermediate course (2016) in physical performance.
MEDICAL SKILLS: As a doctor I have a entensive repertoire of clinical skills and procedures that I can perform.
MILITARY SKILLS: I was a commissioned Army captain in the reserve forces until 2007, and have training and experience in military skills including shooting.
About me
I am a founding member of the Reboot Theatre Company and recently performed a solo performance of Candy (King's Head Theatre). Previous stage roles include Reboot: Shorts (1 and 2, Bunker Theatre), Love and Money, and the title role in a physical interpretation of Macbeth (Macbeth: Reboot).
Outside of acting, I am a medical doctor and have a PhD in clinical research. Medicine has allowed me a unique understanding of the extremes of human psychology, behaviour, physicality and emotions, which together provide valuable acting tools to his characterisation and theatrical performances.
Whilst I am comfortable playing the professional or boy-next-door, I thrive on playing a powerful, destructive and defiant character.
