    About me

    Nina Yndis graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland gaining a BA in Musical Theatre in 2014. Nina is both Norwegian and Polish and works across borders with the UK and Scandinavia. She has 11 years’ experience working as an Actor and Voice-over Artist. Some credits include ‘Peaky Blinders’, ‘Call the Midwife’, ‘Five by Five’, ‘Casualty’ and ‘X Company’. In Norway she acted in productions such as the feature film ‘Glassdolls’ directed by Oscar-nominated director Nils Gaup and ‘Spesialenheten’ by Rubicon TV. 
Nina co-founded Certain Light Films in 2018 and has produced two short films and two music videos so far. One of the shorts ’Nobody’s Darling’ will screen as the Official Selection of the London Short Film Festival in their 2020 programme. 
She is currently in development for two feature film projects she is acting and producing in. Recently she starred in a Western-Horror produced by the NFTS, which will premiere at the Picture House Central in Soho in February 2020. 
Nina is also working in Casting, Directing and Producing on major Animations and Audiobooks. Her narration work for ‘The Ice People’, a 47 volume saga written by the legendary Norwegian writer Margit Sandemo, recently gained her a nomination from One Voice Awards for Best Narration in Audiobooks. She helped Acting in, Directing and Producing a cartoon series called ‘Xiaoji and the Dog’ which is currently being screened weekly as part of China Hour on Sky TV. 
She is currently working on two major video games at Side UK, doing face-capture and voicing for two characters. In the newest Final Fantasy Nina starred as one of the Shadow-breakers ‘Uimet’.
