About me
Up until the age of 40, Pip spent his early working life as a farmer of 300+ acres in South Derbyshire. During that time he took roles in local pantomime, corporate films with Five Lamps Television and worked at BBC Radio Derby. On leaving the farming industry he bought and redeveloped The Red Lion Inn, Hognaston where he ran a very successful pub and restaurant concern.
In 2005, Pip sold the business and, after a brief sabbatical, began work on www.peakdistrictview.com, a website dedicated to lovers of the Peak District National Park, showcasing Pip’s 360 degree panorama photography. He opened and ran a successful alcohol franchise and has since opened an art image production business. Pip joined Derby Live Theatre in 2010 and appeared in several productions until the subsequent sale of Derby Theatre. Pip is active with Marde Hen Productions, Peakland Players and Fourblokes, all drama groups in his local area and
currently, offers voice over facilities from his sound studio.
