"Thomas Witcomb’s portrayal of Bottom is particularly strong. His grasp of the humour in the text is fantastic and his performance in the ‘play within the play’ is hilarious."
thespyinthestalls.com/2017/09/review-midsummer-nights-dream-4-stars/
"The wonderfully chameleonic Thomas Witcomb embodies a depressed homeless man, a creepy Colchester tour guide and a confused Australian trying his best to understand Morrissey. It's in these little character sketches that the show really shines....."
"Witcomb in particular marks the high point of the night in a brief monologue explaining how a character ended up on the streets, working from a foundation of numbed bluntness and gradually humanising the character."
"Right the way through the production he switches gears with impressive speed, affecting working class directness and effete pretension at a moment's notice."

"Thomas Witcomb in these roles displays a real versatility and was a pleasure to watch. The homeless man scene was utterly compelling."
"He is also particularly strong as George’s abusive father."
