Interesting Past Experiences
I was brought up to believe that if you want something in life you have to
“Visualise it and never give up until it has been Achieved.”
Life is like stairs.
Everyone wants to get to the top.
But in order to get there you must take that first initial step
into the unknown, I strongly believe in this and has brought me a long way.
From September 2010 I studied A-levels in English Literature and Language, Film Studies, Media and Fine Art at Burton and South Derbyshire College.
I was always curious about acting and always had that creative flair so I attended Derby Drama Academy in 2011. This was a good outlet for me and took my mind off the issues I was going through living away from home aged 16.
I really enjoyed this because it enabled me to acknowledge different emotions I was going through and how to express these through characters I played.
My passion for acting grew stronger.
After a year I decided it was the right choice to transfer to an Extended National Diploma in Performing Arts; this was the best decision I have ever made.
I have gained so much experience and it has boosted my confidence.
I now have my vision set strong on an Acting career and I am determined that I’ll be successful in this field.
As a young black actor I believe that if I am to succeed in the creative industries I need to be dedicated, hardworking and have a passion in acting – these traits I have and pride myself on having. I am also self-motivated; possess common sense, a good sense of humor, discipline, resilience and a hard working attitude.
I have appeared in many Theatre Productions but my most memorable ones were in 2012 at a Directors Showcase at the Brewhouse Theatre in Burton on Trent. I was offered a part in "Bedtime" a fairytale/comedy in which I played an assassin called "Brawn", and a play called "Kingdoms and Tribes" my role was a Tribe King called "Sonny" who spoke a different language. Both were performed to a live paying audience and it was memorable because of the positive audience reaction and the feedback I received regarding my ability to ‘hold the space’ and good stage presence.
I also have paid experience in Film and TV which is the preferred area and the route I would like to go down.
In September 2011 I got the chance to be in a film as a featured extra in a professional feature length film called “UFO” directed by Dominic Burns which is due to be released in cinemas early 2013. I got the opportunity to be on set and work alongside actors such as Bianca Bree, Sean Brosnan, Simon Phillips, Jean-Claude Van Damme and many more. It was a fantastic, incredible experience getting to see such actors in action and being on a set for the first time as a screen actor rather than a stage actor as you had to be a believable character in a suttle way and being able to adapt to the set.
In 2012 BYFA (British Youth Filming Academy) visited Burton College and held open auditions, I was fortunate to go through to the next round where I had to perform a monologue in front of the directors and again I was successful. They offered me a place at their summer camp in Stoke-On-Trent.
Most present Achievement would be being a part of the Production "This Is England" TV series which got televised in Sept 2015.
Also a BBC Documentary underway, due to be televised summer time 2016.
I also took the opportunity to be in a professional music video by Gary Nock “Make It Better” for my first time. I gained an in-depth experience of being directed and improvising in front of many cameras and lighting and of what it would be like to act in a music video, which appeared on TV internationally.
Since then i have appeared in a few more music videos.
Always seeking new Acting/Presenting roles, Wanting to pursue Modelling, Voiceover and Music also.

British Actor & Media Personality known as Tucker.
He is known from his reality episode on ITV's "Dress to Impress" S2-EP17 (2020) and his debut feature length BBC documentary "The Trouble With My Dad" (2016) and various other BBC3 short-form and corporate videos; playing/presenting himself.
Tucker was also contracted to perform for Warner Bros. World in Abu Dhabi portraying 2 superheros, was apart of the opening cast and commercials in the Middle-East. (2018-2019)
