About me
I am enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate about working in the Film and Television industry. After completing a gap year as an apprentice for the Channel 4 4Talent team I decided to pursue a Film and Television degree at Glasgow University and have just completed my third year. I am now looking for work experience as a runner and I aspire to make a career in the production department.Referees:

Additional information:
I am very creative and innovative and able to think outside a box, which I believe will be a useful tool for dealing with unexpected situations. Prior to coming to university I realised that it would be very expensive and that I would graduate with a significant amount of debt and so I thought about ways I could try and reduce the cost of my degree. So I decided to take up ‘comping’ (entering competitions as a hobby) once again. I looked for and entered a lot of competitions, some that were creative and required talent/effort and others that were down to pure luck. I won over £14,000 of prizes in my first 5 months from August – December 2015, including £10,000 towards my first year fees and a student technology bundle to go with it, which I won by making a video. Similarly, I was able to win a free studio flat for a year in luxury student halls, worth £11,000 by making an innovative video that beat off the competition. My comping story was featured in many national newspapers, including ‘The Independent’ - you can read more about my comping and find the links to all of the news articles on my blog - www.thelifeofastudentcomper.co.uk
