About me
I have produced, directed and shot dozens of short films, documentaries and promotional content for clients including the United Nations, the Salvation Army, University of Cambridge, NHS, UNESCO, the Wellcome Genome Campus, Historic England, DMG Media and Bear Grylls. I am the founder and MD of my own production company DragonLight Films, based in Cambridge and I also freelance.My documentary films have appeared in Nature Magazine, BBC click, Cambridge Science Festival, The Festival of Ideas, Institut français, The Royal Institution of Australia and international film events. In 2017, I won the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) “Best Research Film of the Year” for my documentary short Pain in the Machine.
Before filmmaking, I spent 10 years in the field of corporate training and have lived and worked in China & Australia.
