I’m a professional, committed and loyal individual with a flexible attitude to work and the ability to quickly build productive working relationships with colleagues and performers.

Working within numerous Costume teams has given me a comprehensive understanding of what is expected of a Costume Supervisor and has also given me substantial experience of the colourful and sometimes challenging personalities you may encounter; creating an open dialogue while remaining diplomatic is a key element to this role. I am approachable to all ages and able to form trusted relationships quickly while leading successful teams with kindness and diplomacy.
I have been lucky enough to work in theatres all around the world, therefore I understand what artists expect of both West End productions, international tours and the extensive paperwork that is required. This broad spectrum of experience has enabled me to encounter all walks of life and skill sets which I often utilise to help form a team for a new production. I have also had to work under immense pressure and prioritise tasks while working in REP at the Royal Shakespeare Company (up to eight productions at one time), successfully delivering complex productions within large budgets in a collaborative and meticulously organised fashion whilst being mindful of various individual’s needs. It presented a wide variety of challenges; from adapting quickly to an unexpected turn in events, to preparing the productions to transfer with new teams. Previous roles have also allowed me to work closely with finance to produce PO’s and form detailed business plans, ensuring I adapt my paperwork to each company’s preferred system.

As a highly motivated, meticulous individual with experience of co-ordinating large teams while managing complex budgets, I feel my technical skills are just a part of what I can bring to a role. I believe being adaptable and having a good sense of humour is essential to any team!
