About me
I am a BA Animation graduate from Norwich University of the Arts, specialising in stop motion fabrication.I am passionate about creating with my hands, taking inspiration from innovative creators like the Brothers Quay, often making tactile pieces from found materials, previously explored through puppetry, costume and sculpture.
From an early sculptural piece selected for the annual Passion for Freedom art festival, through a puppetry foundation course at the Little Angel Theatre in London, I have continued to expand my practice at university. Here, I have benefited greatly from one-to-one tuition from animator and puppet maker Barry Leith. And in 2018, I had my first major role working as a Production Designer and Fabricator on BFI and BBC Four funded short film O, Hunter Heart.
