About me
After graduating from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in Film Production in 2015, I began working as a freelance edit assistant for True North productions in Leeds, working on shows produced for various broadcasters, including Channel 4, BBC, Channel 5, MTV and ITV.In-between regular work as a broadcast edit assistant, I worked as a freelance editor, cutting TV adverts, short films, and viral videos for multiple production companies all across the UK.
My background as an edit assistant has given me strong technical knowledge of numerous editing processes.
I am comfortable managing edits, taking raw rushes through Ingest, to Offline Editing, Grading, and Final Delivery.
When editing, I feel comfortable using various software packages, including; Avid Media Composer, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro & Final Cut.
I often producee motion graphics, title cards, lower thirds, visual effects, and colour grading.
