About me
In 2008 I took the job of Staff Photographer for ITV where I created images that promoted some of the UK’s most popular drama serials. It was here I honed my skills as an 'on-set' photographer.I am adept at understanding any given situation quickly and sympathetically: I think fast and I’m versatile. This means I am able to cater for the wide range of subjects in the Film & TV Industry. From being granted a minute with talent on a live TV set, finding the opportunity to set-up & shoot portraits on a feature film, to a full-on photographic studio set-up. The key is to manage time and people effectively; laying the foundations in order to produce striking imagery that is not only captivating but communicates a clear message.
After graduating from Norwich Art School in 1999- via a stint on the Cruise Ships and Alaska’s inside passage- I moved to London and assisted. For over 4 ½ years I worked with some of the best fashion, portrait and advertising photographers, including Corrine Day & Terry O’Neil to name only a few.
I always shoot with at least two cameras (Canon & Sony) and can incorporate any number of fixed & remote camera’s depending on the nature of the brief. If it’s a more expansive shoot you need, the only limit is your budget!
I have a complete studio lighting kit that I can bring to location, as well as a studio facility for hire in North London. Rates available upon request.
