About me
As a highly creative individual I always look for innovative ways to improve myself and my work within the production industry. I am always confident with my work but am also constantly looking for ways to learn from professionals, gain new experiences and widen my abilities in terms of content creation and production. My passion for moving-image production encourages me to take on new challenges and enjoy working under-pressure in fast-paced environments. My responsible attitude is evidenced by the successful internships and ventures that I have completed in various mediums starting at an early age.My early career and internship experiences allowed me to equip myself with useful abilities; from learning about organisational management at the Saatchi Gallery to exploring ways of creating immersive moving image content for startups, I experienced many aspects of production and post-production. However, the environments that I felt most comfortable working at were the most fast-paced ones such as working as a production team assistant at Turkey's number one main news channel Show TV's prime time news department. All the organisation, camera, production and editing knowledge I now have led me to confidently shoot and produce my first documentary this year in which I mainly focus on freedom of expression in Turkey vs. the UK through intimate interviews and raw footages.
My goal in life is to become a successful storyteller, producer and a director with the ultimate aim to share my unique narratives and sincere perspective with the world. However, I am aware that I need even more experience within the industry and that is why, I am highly eager to work as a production team member to fully grasp the aspects of producing and creating for the screen. I believe that the competitive and innovative environment of production will help me flourish.
As a young woman trying to get into this fast-paced industry, I can tell you that I am hungry for work and am eager to learn from you.
