About me
I am currently working at the Media Trust on Wonderland, an Arts Council England funded series which is broadcasting on the Community Channel, as an Edit/Production Assistant. In this role I have worked both on shooting the show in a wide variety of places around the country and on the post production work of the show including editing, sound mixing and colour correctionI studied Computing for Digital Media at the University of Sussex and learnt alot of skills with some being software skills(Premier Pro, Photoshop and After Effects) and others being more computing based (programming, web development, data structures etc) I graduate with a 2:1 and decided that I wanted to focus on post production, specifically editing. Film is a great passion of mine and I believe I have all the foundations to become a great editor; I am meticulous and have a great eye for details, I have good knowledge of story structure and how to present ideas in a clear and creative way and I am extremely organised and hard working.
I hope that by building on my existing skills and bringing my enthusiasm for the job I can become an editor working on feature films in the future.
