About me
I am a competent and versatile Assistant Producer with two years’ experience in television and video production. I have the ability to work in a fast pace media environment, whilst remaining efficient during pressure. I also managed and schedule studio staff, TV studio bookings and supervised the work experience programme.As a Production Assistant and Coordinator I have worked on documentary projects about reversing type 2 Diabetes where I successfully arranged interviews with professionals and key individuals. I have assisted with filming a BBC Sussex and BBC Surrey live broadcast.
My colleagues have described me as a hardworking, organised and a reliable person. I work well independently and enjoy working in a team. I have a huge passion working in creative environments and encourage my peer’s creative abilities. I also assist with teaching foreign students camera skills.
In my spare time I work on my own video based community and networking projects in film and fashion. I speak three languages fluently English, Swedish and Portuguese Creol and I am currently improving my French.
I have a BA with Honours from University of Brighton and certificates in Film-making at London Film Academy and Producer’s Foundation Certificate from Raindance London.
