About me
My Passion for storytelling and lighting is what makes me very independent and happy to work in my free time on short films and music videos to help push my career forward as a Director of Photography. I have a varied portfolio with relevant work in cinematography including two TV 2nd Unit Credits for BBC Childrens Drama shows including CBBC '4 O'clock Club' (Series 9) and CBBC 'Lagging' (Series 1). I have an established and good working relationship with rental houses, and can help to recommend camera and lens packages and additional kit with the intention of working to a variety of budgets. I also work closely with freelance Gaffers, Grips, Camera Assistants and even Stunt co-ordinators and Visual effects experts in the industry who collaborate with me on my own projects. In 2015, I was proud to be the winner of the Welsh Dragon Award at the International Film Festival of Wales for Best Welsh Achievement with a low budget for my short film ‘Virtuoso’. Since then several of my projects have gone on to be nominated and win a vast number of international Film Festivals from all over the world.
Experienced in a vast array of camera formats from Canon, Sony, Panasonic, Black Magic, Red and Arri.
