An improvised comedy company that formed in 2009, with regular monthly shows at the Dogstar in Brixton. Productions are comprised of two teams of intrepid improvisers battling to the death (...well, till the end of the show) proving their worth through a series of punishing improv games. The prize: their audience's respect! A ball-busting compere pits players against each other in no-holds-barred games that would have even Uri Geller bent out of shape; such as Big Mouth, The Sonnet Machine, Lipography, Russian Stand-up, and Die! BattleActs! have performed at the Roundhouse, The Miller, Bloomsbury Lanes and more, and been TimeOut Critics' Choice, The Independent on Saturday's Top Ten Comedy Gig, Smirnoff Hot Pick, Fringe Review HIghly Recommended show, and garnered 5* reviews.
