The Bike Shed Theatre was opened in February 2010 as a 50 seat theatre with a cosy retro bar serving cocktails and fantastic food. Dedicated to producing new writing and programming quality and innovative work, it was initially opened as a temporary space for Particular Theatre Company's work on new writing, with plays such as The Distance by Craig Norman and Beanfield by Shaun McCarthy.
