Charm Offensive was established in 2001 by emerging Irish director, Gavin McAlinden. Since its inception, it has received widespread praise. Recent productions include the critically acclaimed Revenger's Tragedy, the British premiere of Frank McGuinness’ Gates of Gold (the production was Critics' Choice in The Sunday Times, Evening Standard, Financial Times, Time Out and Metrolife (ES magazine) and The Gigli Concert by Tom Murphy, with Paul McGann, Niall Buggy and Catherine Cusack.

Charm Offensive’s mission is to continue to produce outstanding new and modern British, Irish and North American work, using the best in established and emerging talent.
