Cogs Theatre was foudned by Matt Beresford and Emma Carter in 2009 for their debut production of Timon of Athens at Barons Court Theatre.

Since then the company have produced The Lower Depths, also at Barons Court and The Ugly One at BAC.

The Sky Was Falling is the first piece of new writing produced by Cogs and they hope to produce the play in 2012. Other projects are also being considered, both new writing and revivals of classics.
