Duck Egg Theatre is a touring company, with its roots in lovely North Lincolnshire, dedicated to the creation of brand-spanking newwriting. Under the direction ofplaywright Haley Cox, Duck Egg has developed links with high profile theatres such as theNational Theatre and the Royal Court Studio to bring the creation of highquality writing to the Yorkshire and Humber region.

Our education department - the Acting School - is a thrivingcommunity of over 200 (slightly insane) young people from across Yorkshire andthe Humber taking part in regular theatre classes, LAMDA examinations andprojects. They are our lifeblood and werightfully place them at the heart of everything we do. Our youth members are valued in every area ofthe business and have tangible input into our professional work.
