Kickstart are a relatively new Theatre Company, who formed in March 2007, based in Glasgow. They are managed by Rob Kane who has over 12 years professional experience as a Actor, Comedian, Director and Writer.

Kickstart have been predominately working in Primary and Secondary Schools all over Scotland with notable success. Delivering a high standard of ground-breaking Theatre. They're first project won a prestigious APSE (Achieving Public Service Excellence) Award in September 2008, for Excellence In The Community. This was a joint piece of work with Strathclyde Fire And Rescue focussing on Anti-Social Behaviour towards the service. We were up against some tough competition for the award from all over the United Kingdom, such as, Hull City Council and North Lanarkshire Council, but the results and impact that we had obviously was strong.
