International theatre company based in Valencia, Spain was set up in 2009 by directors Veronica Belinchon and Oscar Alcaraz; to provide theatre venues and schools in Spain with hour-long musicals and modern adaptations of classic stories in different languages such as English, French and Spanish (Castellano and Valenciano)
Performing to over 50,000 people every year and using native actors, La Tourné Teatro introduces the magic of theatre to children, students and young adults across Spain; with fast-paced, high energy performances. The aim of this company is to use theatre as a learning tool to help Spanish speaking students practice their language skills.
The unique aspect of this company are it's full scale productions designed for small to mid scale theatres which can be adapted to many spaces including schools, auditoriums, concert halls and even gymnasiums upon requirement. When watching La Tourné productions, you can expect to see high energy musicals (all using original songs), comedies and classics that use elaborate sets, full lighting and sound rig, microphones and many special effects.
